Cancellations and No Show Guests:
Cancellations may be made by phone or e-mail. We request to be notified at the earliest possible time, because a delay in cancellation or a no show prevents us from providing a room to another guest.
Discount Rates:Lower rates available for off-season, groups, all military and mid-week stays.
Last Minute Availability:
Do not be afraid to call us at the last minute. We sometimes have openings and if we do we will be more than happy to accomodate you.
Check-In:
1:00pm or later (early check-in can often be arranged)
Check-Out:
1:00pm (late checkout can often be arranged)
Smoking Policy:
The Bird Song Inn is a non-smoking facility. However, smoking is allowed outside on the deck and garden areas.
Pets:We regret that we cannot accomaodate pets.
Payment:
Payment may be made by personal check made out to the Inn or cash.
